TERMS & CONDITIONS<\/b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

Mandy Mitchell Wedding Celebrant Marriage officer, TLC Celebrant<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

It is mutually agreed that the following terms of agreement form an integral <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>part of this contract and that no variation or modification of this contract shall <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>be effective unless accepted by both Mandy Mitchell and the client , in writing.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

To proceed to a booking please sign this contract, you have a fourteen-day <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>cooling off period where you can exercise your right to cancel the contract. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Should you wish to cancel, this must be in writing to my address at the foot of <\/span>\u00a0this document or direct email to <\/span>sayidowithmandy@outlook.com\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

You will be emailed a booking confirmation with the details of your ceremony<\/span> and Terms and Conditions which you must sign and return to secure your <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>booking.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

BOOKING FEE<\/b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

A \u00a3200 booking fee secures your date and should be made payable 48hours <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>after booking my services, this will be deducted from the full fee of \u00a3550 giving <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>you a final balance of \u00a3350 which is due 28 days before the wedding. This <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>money is not a deposit and after the fourteen-day cooling off period, it is non refundable should you later cancel my services.<\/span><\/p>

FEES<\/b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

You can pay money towards your balance at any time you wish. Every time you <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>make a payment you will be sent an email receipt for the money with an <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>updated statement telling you how much is left to pay.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

You agree to have your account paid in full not later than 28 days before the <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>wedding date.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

SERVICE<\/b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

I agree to be your Celebrant and to work with both of you to get to know you <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>and to write your wedding ceremony. On the day of your wedding, I agree to <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>be at your venue in a timely manner and will be honoured to present the script <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>for you.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

FORCE MAJEURE<\/b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

In the event of injury or sickness beyond my control, my liability shall be <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>limited to a full refund of all monies paid excluding the initial payment. Your <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>statutory rights are not affected.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

I am an Independent Celebrant and also a Marriage Officer for TLC Celebrants <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>therefore will give you the option of another TLC celebrant who will collect my <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>script and present it for you on your wedding day. If this is acceptable to you, <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>the new celebrant will make arrangements to meet with you.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

CANCELLATION<\/b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

Should you cancel my services the initial booking fee is non-refundable, but <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>should the cancelled wedding turn out to be a postponement, then, subject to <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>my availability, all the monies paid may be applied to the new wedding date.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

I have read and understand this contract and realise that this contract <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>becomes effective immediately.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

By signing the agreement, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions in <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>this document.<\/span><\/p>
