TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Mandy Mitchell Wedding Celebrant Marriage officer, TLC Celebrant 

It is mutually agreed that the following terms of agreement form an integral  part of this contract and that no variation or modification of this contract shall  be effective unless accepted by both Mandy Mitchell and the client , in writing. 

To proceed to a booking please sign this contract, you have a fourteen-day  cooling off period where you can exercise your right to cancel the contract.  Should you wish to cancel, this must be in writing to my address at the foot of  this document or direct email to sayidowithmandy@outlook.com 

You will be emailed a booking confirmation with the details of your ceremony and Terms and Conditions which you must sign and return to secure your  booking. 

BOOKING FEE 

A £200 booking fee secures your date and should be made payable 48hours  after booking my services, this will be deducted from the full fee of £550 giving  you a final balance of £350 which is due 28 days before the wedding. This  money is not a deposit and after the fourteen-day cooling off period, it is non refundable should you later cancel my services.

FEES 

You can pay money towards your balance at any time you wish. Every time you  make a payment you will be sent an email receipt for the money with an  updated statement telling you how much is left to pay. 

You agree to have your account paid in full not later than 28 days before the  wedding date. 

SERVICE 

I agree to be your Celebrant and to work with both of you to get to know you  and to write your wedding ceremony. On the day of your wedding, I agree to  be at your venue in a timely manner and will be honoured to present the script  for you. 

FORCE MAJEURE 

In the event of injury or sickness beyond my control, my liability shall be  limited to a full refund of all monies paid excluding the initial payment. Your  statutory rights are not affected. 

I am an Independent Celebrant and also a Marriage Officer for TLC Celebrants  therefore will give you the option of another TLC celebrant who will collect my  script and present it for you on your wedding day. If this is acceptable to you,  the new celebrant will make arrangements to meet with you. 

CANCELLATION 

Should you cancel my services the initial booking fee is non-refundable, but  should the cancelled wedding turn out to be a postponement, then, subject to  my availability, all the monies paid may be applied to the new wedding date. 

I have read and understand this contract and realise that this contract  becomes effective immediately. 

By signing the agreement, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions in  this document.
